Planning Fees

Our Group Travel Coordination fee is $25 per person for groups of 10 or more travelers.

It covers the time, expertise, and organization required to research destinations, coordinate complex group logistics, and manage all group reservations from start to finish. We design your group trip and help each individual traveler to make personalized arrangements as needed.

Please note that these non-refundable fees are separate and not applied toward the cost of your trip.
