This service includes a personalized consultation and up to three custom proposals that combine your cruise with perfectly integrated pre- and post-travel plans. From research and booking to full trip management, we handle everything so you can simply focus on the excitement ahead.

Planning Fee

For new clients, our planning fee is $100 per household to cover the research, coordination, and personal attention that go into creating your complete vacation experience.

As a thank-you to our loyal travelers, this fee is reduced to $50 per household for returning clients.

This non-refundable fee is separate from the cost of your trip and ensures the highest level of personalized service and professional expertise.

Anything that enhances your main trip, such as flights, airport transfers, hotel stays, and sightseeing before and/or after your cruise. These extras are seamlessly integrated with your cruise booking to create one effortless itinerary.

Can I book my cruise elsewhere and just use you for extras?
To ensure a smooth, cohesive experience, we provide full-service planning that includes booking your cruise as well as all pre- and post-travel arrangements.

However, if you’ve already booked a cruise on your own, many cruise lines allow us to be added as your travel advisor within 30–60 days of your initial booking. Contact us to confirm eligibility for your specific cruise line.
