I’m Daniela, founder of Seabreeze & Sunshine Travels. Originally from Germany and now based in South Carolina, I bring together my European roots, firsthand travel experience, and professional planning expertise to create seamless, thoughtfully designed vacations centered around exceptional cruise experiences.
My approach is built on honesty, clear communication, and personalized service. Every itinerary is carefully tailored with attention to detail and a planning process designed to help you feel confident and supported from the very beginning.

Travel has always been part of who I am. Growing up in Bavaria, I was surrounded by history, culture, charming towns, and easy access to explore Europe. That early curiosity grew into a lifelong passion for discovering the world.
Cruising quickly became my favorite way to travel. There is something special about waking up in a new destination while only unpacking once. From vibrant ocean ships filled with entertainment and energy to smaller river and expedition vessels focused on immersive itineraries, every cruise experience offers something unique.
I also love the moments in between. Early mornings with coffee overlooking the ocean, wandering through local markets, discovering hidden cafés, joining food tours, and taking in the atmosphere of a destination beyond the guidebooks. That balance of exploration, comfort, and meaningful experiences is what makes travel so memorable to me.
One of my favorite times to travel is during the Christmas season. I love experiencing how different destinations celebrate the holidays, from festive European Christmas markets to beautifully decorated cruise ships and seasonal traditions around the world.
Over the years, I have explored destinations across Europe, sailed on a variety of cruise itineraries and ships, traveled throughout the United States, visited parts of Africa, and enjoyed many Disney and Universal vacations with my family.
Some destinations stay with you long after you return home. London continues to be a favorite for its blend of history and modern energy, and after visiting several times, I am always ready to return. Cruising through the Norwegian fjords was unforgettable, with landscapes that truly put nature into perspective. Disney has also remained a meaningful part of our family travels for more than 20 years and continues to create special memories for us even today.
Part of what I love about being a travel advisor is continually learning about new destinations, unique experiences, and meaningful ways to help my clients explore the world.
I founded Seabreeze & Sunshine Travels in 2019, turning a lifelong passion for travel into a business centered around meaningful, well-planned experiences.
While my agency has evolved over the years, I ultimately returned to what I love most and what the name Seabreeze & Sunshine Travels represents so perfectly: cruising.
Today, my primary focus includes:
- Ocean, river, and expedition cruises
- Cruise vacations with thoughtfully designed pre- and post-cruise extensions
- Group travel for families, friends, and special occasions
I also plan guided tours worldwide, along with select Disney and Universal vacations, which naturally complement my organized and personalized planning approach.
Before becoming a travel advisor, I worked in finances and business leadership roles that strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex planning with clarity and efficiency.
For 13 years, I was also deeply involved in the homeschooling community while homeschooling my daughter, organizing educational activities, events, and group experiences along the way. Those years further shaped my coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills in ways that continue to benefit my clients today.
Family has always been at the center of my life. I have been married to my husband for over 27 years, and I am proud to be part of a veteran-owned business after his 10 years of military service. Being a mom has always been one of my greatest joys, and yes, our two spoiled Ragdoll cats are part of the family too, though the human mom role definitely comes first.
All of these experiences come together in how I run my business today: thoughtful planning, personal connection, and a genuine commitment to taking care of the people who trust me with their travels.
